Tap dance combinations build strength in the legs and feet in addition to increasing flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles- come join the fun!

Adult Latin Jazz

Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Latin Jazz is great for overall physical health. It is great for your heart and muscles as well as improving flexibility and reducing stress. Dancing regularly can also help increase your daily energy level, which can make other daily activities much more enjoyable. Our Latin Jazz class can offer a great place to socialize. You can make new friends who also enjoy dancing, and being social can also reduce stress and lead to greater overall happiness.

Decompress tight joints and build core muscles through strengthening and lengthening. Increase muscular strength and flexibility while relieving pressure and aligning the vertebrae. Increase kinesthetic awareness, and fine-tune balance. Low impact cardiovascular conditioning

 

Adult Ballet

Wednesdays 8:00pm - 9:00pm

The perfect class for those getting started or revisiting ballet again as an adult! This class will focus on alignment, foundation of technique, and movement quality. Get back to the barre and develop lean muscle mass while improving balance, flexibility, endurance and overall well-being.
